Although they have no skills, their normal attack can do a decent chunk of damage, which can be troublesome if three are encountered at once. However, any elemental attack will quickly dispatch them.

If left alone for too long, past turn 12, they will begin to repeatedly summon Riptors to battle - an FOE that's normally found in the bonus stratum. Kill them quickly.
