Wind Cutters are enemies found in the Petal Bridge starting from 18F.
They are immune to most statuses and weak to all binds. Their Air Slash skill lowers the ailment and bind resistance of the party. This can be very dangerous in conjunction with Great Moths, which can inflict panic on the whole party. However, binding the arms of the Wind Cutter to prevent it from using this skill should be an easy task, though keep in mind that they are faster than most enemies on this stratum.
